Forkhill House is a celebration of family history, culture and tradition. Upscale Irish dining with a modern twist were the original parameters that briefed the project. The concept was to introduce Irish cuisine to the city of Vancouver veering the away from the world wide stereotypes of the traditional 'irish pub.'
